We are seeking candidates who are interested in material science or computer simulation.
The EMP Lab. at Kunsan National University seeks candidates for a fully-funded scholarship program focused on developing novel energy materials for secondary batteries. Our research group employs both electrochemical experiments and computer simulations as tools to develop innovative materials that benefit academic research and industries. We collaborate with companies to develop novel electrolytes for commercialized Lithium-ion batteries and supercapacitors. Students who join our group will have the opportunity to learn about secondary batteries from basic principles to real-world applications. Students who wish to work in Korea after completing their studies will be recommended to companies, particularly those collaborating with our lab. Note that all eligible students have already received offers from these companies.
If you are interested in this opportunity, please send a cover letter, CV and English score (if you have) to [email protected].
