Job Title: Groundskeeper

Duties
- Carefully ascend and descend tall trees.
- Use ropes to fell outgrown trees, cut, shape and prune trees.
- Apply chemicals to remove pests from trees.
- Use climbing hooks, belts, to gain access to work areas by executing safe climbing techniques.
- Perform any other job-related task as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
- O’level with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing similar or related role in a well-structured organization.
Competencies:
The ideal candidate must:
- Have ability to prioritize work and use initiative.
- Have good communication skills.

Duties
- Perform secretarial duties including typing correspondence, reports, and memoranda.
- Maintain diaries and arrange appointments.
- Assist in the compilation and review of monthly reports.
- Keep records of bio-gas and supervise the biogas plant attendants.
- Schedule meetings and draft minutes of meetings.
- Assist in the supervision of ongoing projects within and outside the institute.
- Keep track of projects and work repairs to be executed.
- Perform any other job-related task as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
- National Diploma with a minimum of three (3) years of experience performing a similar or related role in a well-structured organization.

- Carefully study blueprints, sketches and other activities on carpentry works.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance, carve and assemble kitchen cabinets, siding, and drywall.
- Ensure wooden materials are levelled and compatible.
- Perform any other job–related task as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
- Cut, shape, and smooth the needed wooden materials.
- Repair doors and window frames, partitions, and rafters.
Qualifications
- National Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning or related field with a minimum of three (3) years experience performing similar or related role in a well–structured organization.
Competencies:
The ideal candidate must:
- Have good carpentry, customer service and communication skills.
