Job Summary
- The Digital Transformation Associate will drive execution of the transformation effort across the organisation through the deployment of solutions, robotic process automation, including business analysis and project management, and support for the core business applications.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Robotic Process Automation design, development and implementation
- Business Analysis and IT Project Management including Agile and Scrum
- Core Business Application Support and Integration
- Workflow automation and EDMS implementation and support
- Drive IT and Digital change management
- Cloud implementation with working knowledge of AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud and Virtualisation technologies
- Vendor and 3rd party management
- CRM Implementation and support.
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Computing or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Relevant certification such as MCSE, RPA, AWS Cloud, etc
- Knowledge and experience in the use of modern RPA tools, Symplus CBA, SQL,Cloud services, Oracle database, Azure, Office 365, Cynet, Netskope, Firewalls, Digital Infrastructure
- Experience in financial services, especially capital markets is a strong advantage
- Sound understanding of network infrastructure and systems architecture, requirements analysis and cybersecurity.
