The Federal Government of Nigeria Npower scheme has commenced payment of February 2022 stipends for Batch C1 Beneficiaries of the Programme.
NigeriapenNG Newspaper reports that NASIMS has begun the process of paying February 2022 stipends, which is one of these endeavors.
The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) stated yesterday that it has started paying the Batch C Stream Npower beneficiaries their February 2022 stipend, which will be processed by their banks and deposited into their bank accounts shortly.

This online news medium gathered that the January 2022 Stipend Payment to Npower Batch C Stream 1 beneficiaries, which was slowed by the Easter Holidays, has reached many Batch C Npower beneficiaries’ bank accounts, opening the way for the February 2022 Stipend Payment to begin.
This came after the payment of the January 2022 Stipend to the Batch C Npower beneficiaries was completed although numerous beneficiaries especially UBA account holders, still complain about non payment of 2022 January stipends.
Meanwhile, NASIMS has told Npower beneficiaries that all pending stipends will be paid in full as backlogs, advising them to be patient while the Ministry processes their payments and banks credit their accounts.
Despite the backlog of unpaid Stipends, Npower Management stated that it will handle the pending payments one by one in order to avoid network difficulties that would further delay the Stipend payment to the beneficiaries.
However, April 2022 represents the eighth month of the one-year Batch C Npower Program, with only four months left in the Batch C Stream 1 period.
The Batch C Stream 2 of around 490,000 Npower participants, on the other hand, has yet to begin the one-year Npower program.
In a related story, we had earlier reported that Sadiya Farouq, Nigeria’s Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development, has announced that the Federal Government of Nigeria had finalized plans to provide interest-free loans to 98,000 beneficiaries of its Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP) 2.0 loan across the country.
