Job Title: Medical Administrator
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary
- This role is responsible to the Medical Director for the Supervision of clinical tasks within the service which is essential to the effective provision of quality care to patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- A Medical Administrator will handle administrative duties by coordinating and managing activities within the hospital and overseeing the medical team. He/she will manage daily operations and ensure the delivery of the best services while ensuring an excellent patient experience across all offerings within the hospital’s facility.
- Oversight responsibility for smooth clinical operation of the hospital on a daily basis.
- Monitor training and development of clinical staff.
- Liaise and work with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure quality care is given to patients.
- Timely resolution of grievances.
- Champions quality improvement in the facility
- Maintain a consistent level of quality of care offered to patients.
- Take responsibility for a good relationship with all visiting consultants.
- Ensure the hospital is in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements (federal, state and local laws).
- Other duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Director and Medical Director of the Facility.
Job Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree in the Medical / Clinical field (MBBS)
- A postgraduate degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Public Health/ healthcare administration will be an added advantage.
- Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, with a valid medical practising license.
- 5-6 years clinical experience with 1-2 years in a team leadership role.
- Certifications/Training in customer service, relationship management, and business analysis are desired.

- Basic Life Support skills and sound medical knowledge
- Excellent documentation and communication skills with IT skills required for the use of EMR and Microsoft Office packages.
- Support and supervisory skills Team Building and Leadership, Problem Solving, Quality Assurance Management, SOP Implementation,

Job Title: Pharmacist (Intern)

- This role is responsible for attending to clients and patients professionally in compliance with standard operating procedures and policies.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Drug dispensing activities
- Provide drug information and advice to other healthcare professionals within the hospital.
- Provide professional service, information, counselling and advice to patients on medicines supplied.
- Stock Management.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the pharmacy.
- Comply with the use of Standard Operating Procedures and policies/adherence to quality standards.
- Review of each prescription or order to ensure the appropriateness of the medication for the patient and his or her clinical needs.
- Report dispensing errors and adverse drug reactions.
- Accurate endorsement of prescriptions for billing purposes and appropriate provision of drugs to various categories of patients.

Job Title: Customer Experience Officer

Job Description
- This role is responsible for attaining flawless level of service at all points of customer contact, and enable superior quality experience for patients / visitors.
- This is a Customer Experience role; not customer service.
- Candidates with experience in the Healthcare, Telecommunications or Hospitality Industries are encouraged to apply.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Ensure hitch free and pleasant stay by patients evidenced in survey results.
- Enhance the value of services being provided by making the patient and the attendants comfortable and acquainted to the hospital.
- Accurate tracking of patient feedback and discharge.
- Engage respective department heads to find out patient – friendly processes by discussing prevailing issues.
- Coordinate with all departments during investigation of complaints.
- Timely escalation of patient complaints to Customer Experience Manager and HOD.
- Maintain rapport with patients/customers/clients and medical team.
- Regularly communicate with patients to promote good customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction survey and prepare monthly report on complaints and initiatives adopted for resolution.

Job Qualifications
