Summary
- As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing key strategic partnerships, managing people and processes, developing, and facilitating marketing campaigns, and customer relationship management to support the company’s growth.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
HR:
- Work with the executive team, to set strategies to boost the company’s revenue and be in a competitive stand.
- Provide strategic direction and support the development of policies, goals and targets.
- Display a sense of leadership, coaching and mentoring to encourage the achievement of the overall objective of the Company
- Manage the entire staff and departmental targets.
- Conduct reviews and performance evaluations to achieve company goals
- Provide input into digital marketing strategies within the company.
Others:
- Generate new leads at all business revenue levels and champion it
- Oversee operations of all departments; architecture, engineering, sales, finance and admin department
- Set goals and objectives for all departments, and design a framework for these to be met
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities
- Monitor the company’s financial position and ensure that it operates within its means and that there are clear lines of accountability for financial management
- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
- Facilitate and manage the preparation of the company’s budget
- Track and evaluate business development plans and efforts on an ongoing basis.
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s growth.
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum of an MSc Degree / MBA in Human Resources or a similar field.
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience
- A background in consulting or human resources would be an added advantage
- Experience in an architectural, construction or real estate firm is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication – you need to be able to express yourself and the value the company brings to clients well.

Purpose
- To provide leadership in consistently dimensioning and managing risk and ensuring the enforcement of operational and financial internal controls system that will help management to safeguard the organization’s resources, produce reliable financial reports, and comply with laws and regulations.
- The enforcement or risk management and internal control practices will ensure a reduction in the possibility of significant errors, irregularities, and fraud by assisting in their timely detection when they do occur.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of treasury and Cash management policies in the back office and report identified weaknesses.
- Conduct Special Investigation as may be assigned from time to time.
- Conduct spot checks, stock-taking and other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
- Identify areas of financial and administrative strengths and weaknesses and develop best practices.
- Carry out detailed investigations when discrepancy, cash suppression or fraud is noticed.

Specifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, and related discipline from a recognized university
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, ACIB, CFA, CISA is desirable
- A Minimum of 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a risk management and /or internal control roles.

Job Purpose

Specification
- Minimum educational standard: HND / BSc in Human Resources Management, Accounting or a relevant field from a reputable higher institution. A Masters’ Degree in HR will be an added advantage
