Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
Provide good staff / customer service
Daily presentation of customers’ post-dated cheques on the appointed payment date.
Assist in various daily operations by developing and maintaining a filing system i.e. ensures that all applications are properly managed, booked on the system, scanned and filed in their various folders.
Ensure that all computer systems/electrical are powered on at the right time and shut down by close of work daily
Ensure cleaning activities are well coordinated and maintained within the reception/office area.
Send and receive documents for the company
Secure office and staff documents i.e. physically and through the automated filing system
Ensure totake detailed minutes of meetings
Organize and schedule appointments.
Office facility management.
Ensure that all computer systems, furnitures, network device and other equipments are maintained and secured properly
Ensure that the facilities such as generator and electrical appliances is well maintained and kept in good condition regularly
Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
