Job Title: Administrative Manager

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or Project Management.
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience in a project management, real estate, or a similar role.
  • Extensive experience in managing property purchases, sales, rentals, and development.
  • Proficiency in real estate management software, like Buildium and AppFolio.
  • Experience in managing payments, negotiating contracts, and determining rental rates.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and procurement of vendors and suppliers.
  • Ability to resolve resident and tenant complaints, as well as to supervise workers and contractors.
  • Advanced ability to keep property owners and investors updated.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Job Title: Flight Manager

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the seamless operation of every flight; from sale to post flight actions.
  • Liaise with customers on the phone, email, messaging and in person.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain of aircraft operators, support team and crew.
  • Organise ancillary services such as catering and ground transport.
  • Check all operational aspects of the flight including airport and ATC slots & weather.
  • Improve Standard Operating Procedures and document changes in the Ops Manual.
  • Work alongside the marketing team on customer retention initiatives.
  • Request post flight feedback and reviews.
  • Maintains the fleet and Crew schedule.
  • Prepares charter quotes, Crew flight paperwork, and other flight-related paperwork.
  • Executes all trip details including: Client correspondence, FBO notification, generation of trip paperwork, securing of Crew accommodations and travel arrangements, negotiating and securing fuel rates, assigning flight crew, and providing trip briefings.
  • Ensure all flight crew personnel are certified, current and supervised according to the requirements specified in the Federal Aviation Regulations prior to releasing a flight.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or any Related Discipline.
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience in a engineering, computer science, or a similar role.
  • Solid computer skills, proficient in MS Office software
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team member while meeting individual performance goals.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and demonstrate the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience in managing payments, negotiating contracts, and determining rental rates.
  • Ability to resolve clients complaints, as well as to supervise workers and contractors.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
