Job Title: Executive Secretary

Job Description

  • We are looking to engage an Executive Secretary to be responsible for providing executive services to the principal assigned.

Job Objective(s) 

  • Must be a quick professional with great time-management and multitasking abilities.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • A candidate with good University Degree

Required Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ post-graduation experience in Finance and related job positions and functions

Remuneration
N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly (dependent on experience).

Job Description

  • We are looking to engage a Financial Analyst to be responsible for providing financial planning reports and analysis, allowing the organization to make well-informed commercial decisions.

Job Objective(s) 

  • Responsible for providing financial planning reports and analysis, allowing the organization to make well-informed commercial decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Prepare financial reporting, and operational metrics tracking for regular leadership reviews (including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards)
  • Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
  • Analysing current and past financial data
  • Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends
  • Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the recommendations for improvements to the wider business
  • Consulting with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans
  • Suggesting budgets and improvements based on the information/guidance available from Top Management
  • Exploring different investment opportunities
  • Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts for decision support
  • Assist in the development of initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth
  • Perform duties as assigned by the Manager, Corporate Finance and/or GM, Corporate Finance

Required Qualifications
